He is the co-inventor of Celebrex and of multiple clinical candidates across therapeutic areas. Ish is a strategic thinker, experienced in building risk balanced portfolios consisting of First in Class, Best in Class, and Drug Repositioning.  He has a strong background in drug discovery, medicinal chemistry, IP strategies and building PK/PD correlations of drug molecules.

Ish co-founded Astrizi Bio and NephroDI Therapeutics. Prior to this, Ish held Senior Technical and Executive Leadership positions in pharmaceutical companies (Searle, Pharmacia, Pfizer, Dr. Reddy’s Labs, Kareus Therapeutics)
