Dominic is an entrepreneurial and strategic patent and trademark attorney with a strong commercial and corporate finance background. He has broad technology experience, particularly in natural/herbal medicines and the controlled drugs space along with a proven track record in international collaborations, technology transfer, and stock market listings.

Dominic was the IP counsel to GW Pharma Limited for nearly 20 years. He built their IP portfolio of over 100 patent families and developed their IP strategy, including orange book listing strategy. Dominic also handled European oppositions, collaborations, and licensing negotiations.

Dominic also has advised Atai Life Sciences, as well as Compass Pathways where he handled all aspects of IP including drafting and prosecution of key patents supporting early investment rounds through to Nasdaq listing and continues to handle UK prosecution.
